95 Outer Crescent, Brighton

Rylands of Brighton was completed in 2003 and is located in central Outer Crescent in the Bayside suburb of Brighton. It is surrounded by quality homes and the playing fields of private schools and just a short stroll from the prestigious Church Street shopping centre.

Brightonians may remember the location from its earlier Brown Gouge days or when it was the site of the Commonwealth Archive Building.

In more recent times, the vacant site was owned by Brighton Grammar School whose playing fields are adjacent to the south and west. It's also next door to the Brighton Recreational Centre, with its wide choice of arts and crafts including yoga, painting and ceramics.
