Rylands of Kew and Rylands of Hawthorn are currently exercising caution in reference to the current situation of Coronavirus (“COVID-19”).  The health and wellbeing of our residents and staff is Arcadia Group’s greatest priority during these unprecedented time of uncertainty. We will continue to review the situation on a daily basis and endeavour to communicate these changes on this website and to our Facebook community.

 

Arcadia Group has made the difficult decision to restrict access within our villages to essential visitors (2 per day) and critical contract work only. These measures have been made after considerable thought. At this stage, we will continue to host scheduled, personalised tours (of no more than 10 people) should visitors wish to inspect a property for sale. We do ask, however, if you would like to inspect a property, please call Robert on 0420 947 151 to arrange a mutually suitable time.

 

Upon arrival to either of our villages, it is a mandatory procedure that a declaration is signed confirming you have not:

• Recently returned from overseas in the last 14 days

• Recently had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days

• Been in contact with others such as family, friends or colleagues, who may have recently travelled overseas and returned in the last 14 days

• Experienced symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness in the last 14 days

• Agree to a non- contact forehead temperature check confirming your temperature is below 37.5

We will continue to review this process regularly and provide updates as new information comes to hand.

 

Please note that these procedures put in place has not been made lightly, however stand by the fact that it is our duty to protect our residents and staff.
